We understand that dental treatment represents a significant investment. For that reason, our warranty policy exists to provide clarity around what is covered, how it is protected and what is required to maintain coverage.
It reflects the standard we apply to our own work.
Protection for your treatment
Subject to policy terms, covered treatments may be repaired or replaced at no additional charge if failure occurs due to material or workmanship issues.
This provides reassurance that the clinical and laboratory components of your treatment are delivered to a defined standard.
However, longevity is not determined by materials alone. Ongoing maintenance and patient compliance play an essential role.
A partnership in outcomes
Dental treatment functions within a biological environment. Gum health, bone stability, oral hygiene and lifestyle factors all influence long-term performance.
Warranty coverage therefore depends on structured preventive care and adherence to prescribed maintenance intervals.
This is not designed to restrict patients. It exists to protect outcomes.
Preventive care as a foundation
Warranty eligibility requires participation in the ArtSmiles Dental Preventive Program.
Your recall interval is determined by clinical assessment and individual risk profile. It may be set at 3, 6 or 12 months depending on your condition.
Attendance within the prescribed timeframe is necessary to maintain coverage. A grace period of up to 90 days beyond the recommended interval is permitted. Extended absence may result in temporary suspension until reassessment is completed.
This ensures that potential issues are identified early and managed appropriately.
