Dental Hygienist

Jacqui grew up in Ballina, NSW and always had a passion for dentistry. She started her dental career early, working as a nurse when only fourteen years old. Jacqui subsequently moved to Houston, Texas, living there for twenty-seven years. She completed Dental Hygiene School in 2002 before gaining her Bachelor of Dental Hygiene in 2007. In 2008, Jacqui began her Master’s degree and was awarded her Master of Education in 2012. Before returning to Australia in 2017, Jacqui developed and accredited two dental hygiene programs in Houston, Texas.

 

Jacqui is a valued member of our dental team, using her years of experience as a Dental Hygienist to help our patients achieve and maintain optimum dental health. She is extremely kind and compassionate and loves talking with people. As a mum of two, Jacqui is particularly great with children. Jacqui especially enjoys helping people with periodontal disease (gum disease) and seeing the results of treatment.

 

Jacqui’s interests include hiking and bushwalking, and she likes swimming in the ocean. After being away for so long, Jacqui wants to travel around Australia as much as possible and to travel overseas.
