We really think giving the payment choice is important and we are looking forward to offering high standard of dental care to make sure we take care of you and your family.
We also have flexible finance solutions for patients who need treatment now but prefer to manage their payments over time. We accept all major health funds available in Australia, and you would only need to bring your health fund card to claim your treatment on the spot by swiping it in our Hicaps terminal.
Whether you’re visiting us for a check-up and clean or a more expensive treatment, we’ll tell you about the different payment plans we offer so you can find the best fit for your needs.
Qoin Terms and Conditions
1. By participating in the partnership program between Qoin and ArtSmiles, users agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you should not participate in the Program in any manner.
2. The partnership program between ArtSmiles and Qoin refers only to the possibility of partially paying for certain services referred to in these Terms and Conditions using the Qoin digital currency.
3. Qoin digital currency is only valid for the following services:
- Comprehensive Oral Examination
- Single X-Ray (2x)
- OPG X-Ray
- Photographic Records – Intraoral
- Photographic Records – Extraoral
- Removal of Calculus
- Topical Application Of Remineralizing &/Or Cariostatic Agents
- In-Chair Teeth Whitening (external bleaching)
- Dental Implants
- Dental Crown
- Dental Veneers
- Cosmetic Fillings
- Dental Extraction
- Root Canal Treatment
- Cosmetic Consultation to discuss which cosmetic treatments are best suited to your needs and desires related to your smile (Smile Makeover, Veneers, Crowns and Bridges, Implants, Aligners, Full-Mouth Rehabilitation, etc).
4. Valid on full-price services only.
5. The use of Qoin digital currency for payments for the listed services cannot be combined with other discounts.
6. We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these Terms and Conditions. Any amendments or new terms and conditions will be available on our website and/or via the landing page of the website where the Program is being offered. The Terms and Conditions that apply to you shall be the Terms and Conditions published at the time you participate in the relevant Program.
7. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the partnership program with Qoin at any time for any reason without notification.
8. We reserve the right to suspend a user’s ability to participate in it if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive of fraudulent.
