What Is The ArtSmiles Club?
It is an annual membership plan that allows uninsured individuals and families to gain access to routine preventive care at no extra cost and additional services at a reduced cost (Up to 30% off). With a membership plan, your oral health doesn’t have to take a back seat due to cost concerns.
The ArtSmiles Club Program takes the hassle out of dentistry. Instead, it is a simple way to receive quality dental care at a price you can easily afford. It isn’t a dental insurance plan, so there are:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The ArtSmiles Club Membership is NOT A DENTAL INSURANCE PLAN and not intended to be a substitute for a dental insurance plan. There is a 1 year commitment per Membership and if Membership is cancelled before the end of the 1 year, the participant is responsible for the remaining balance. After the 1 year commitment, the Membership can be cancelled at any time. The credit card on file will be automatically charged monthly or annually, depending on the Membership selected, until cancelled. The Membership is non-transferrable and no refunds will be issued if the participant decides not to or is unable to, utilise the Membership, or for any reason. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts. No waiting period on discounted dental services, 6 months wait from joining date to receive first check-up and clean. Cleanings and exams must be completed before the plan’s expiration. It is the member’s responsibility to schedule and keep all appointments offered as part of the ArtSmiles Club Membership Program. included Dental Check-Ups & Cleans must be redeemed within 30 days of the due date. If the terms of our membership plan change prior to your renewal date, we will inform you of the changes prior to charging your account. Membership cannot be backdated to include previous treatments. Fees for dental services may change at any time. Please notify our office at least 48 hours in advance if you must change a scheduled appointment. Failure to keep a scheduled appointment will result in cancellation fees as well. Additional dental treatments prices will be based upon the fee at the date of service. Payment is due on the date of service to qualify for the discounts detailed above. Membership must be current to receive the discount in additional treatments. ArtSmiles may decide to terminate the membership in case of patient’s non compliance with oral health and regular visits.

To cancel your ArtSmiles Club Membership, you can (1) come into our office and talk to a member of the reception or (2) e-mail your statement of cancellation of ArtSmiles Club to contact@artsmiles.com.au
If the ArtSmiles Club Membership is cancelled before the end of the 1 year, the participant is responsible for the remaining balance.
